Can you help me with my dog’s behavioral problem? (separation anxiety, destructive behaviors, aggression, etc.)
While dog sports help prevent behavioral issues and may be part of the solution (read Why Dog Sports?), we cannot help you with specific behavioral issues. If your dog has a problem, please work directly with a trainer who can provide immediate feedback on your situation. We will have referrals for you shortly.
What are dog sports?
Dog sports are organized venues for competing with your dog. They are the competitive games which often started with actual dog jobs such as hunting, herding, or protection. We are starting with the dog sports Agility, Freestyle dance, and Obedience. We will soon be expanding to Rally, and eventually to other sports such as Fly ball, Frisbee, and Conformation.
What if I need to go further and want to start competing in a dog sport?
If you discover you and your dog have talent and want to move onto training competitively, you will need to find a trainer in your area. We will get you started in your backyard, but cannot help you with the finer techniques needed for competition sports. We will have referrals for you shortly.
